Training Runs

Brisbane based Pat Carroll, yes the man himself, is providing free training runs in the lead up to this year's City2South with assistance from Carmen Low! These training runs are for the 14km distance and open to every age and ability, so bring your friends along and join in. We recommend that participants are confident in running 30 minutes continuously. Anyone who attends will also receive a free City2South branded water bottle! 

Sessions will start from week commencing April 10 (8 weeks out) and will be Tuesday nights from 6:00pm and Saturday mornings from 6:00am.

The meeting point will be The Ship Inn on Sidon St South Bank. Aim to be there ready to go 15 minutes before the start of the session.
